چکیده

Abstract Enhancing the electrical outputs of energy harvesters is a great demand for researchers in recent years. In this work, effect plasticizer treatment (Tetrahydrofuran [THF]) on ? phase content (F[ ]) electrospun polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) fiber webs which are used as active layers to directly make piezoelectric nanogenerator (PENG) demonstrated. The results showed that during treatment, F( ) web increases when initial length (L 0 equals distance between two ends solid support (L) fixed it, whereas decreases L < resulting formation crimped fibers. Furthermore, PENG based pristine web, and treated at different lengths investigated. We believe work can be good reference enhancing by F ( PVDF nanofiber using treatment.

PVDF microbelts for harvesting energy from respiration†

In this paper, we report a technique that uses piezoelectric polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) microbelts to convert the energy from low-speed air flow to electricity via their resonant oscillation. The micrometre thick PVDF thin films were fabricated by a top-down reactive ion etching process, where the thickness was controlled by etching time and the piezoelectric phase was well preserved. The t...

Energy collection via Piezoelectricity

In the present days, wireless data transmission techniques are commonly used in electronic devices. For powering them connection needs to be made to the power supply through wires else power may be supplied from batteries. Batteries require charging, replacement and other maintenance efforts. So, some alternative methods need to be developed to keep the batteries full time charged and to avoid ...

Piezoelectricity in ?-phase PVDF crystals: A molecular simulation study

Based on the energy-minimization method in molecular simulation, the origin of piezoelectricity in b-phase PVDF crystals was investigated. Simulation results indicated that under the action of a constant applied voltage, PVDF crystal would be stretched or compressed, dependent on the orientation of dipoles and the polarity of the applied voltage. Our simulation confirmed that piezoelectricity i...
